I have used Richard Bros for more than 15 years. The counter guy (Jim) is absolutely the most informed service person I have ever dealt with from every aspect of service but more importantly appliance. He has saved me at least $3000 in service calls on fridge, stove, washer and dryer repairs. He's given me advise, right down to the disassembly instructions, on every repair I've attempted. If you can do anything mechanical he can talk you through every step with an ounce of confusion. Who ever owns that business needs to give him a raise so he never leaves. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY. DEFINITELY 5 STARS FOR JIM. He makes that company what it is
