This place might be unique to the fox valley; but the burgers are no average. Actually recent visits to BJ Clancy's and Burger King would prove to be better in quality for a much cheaper price. The last time we ate at Tom's the food was luke warm, not fresh, and a complete disappointment for the money we spent. Even after a complaint we are truly disappointed how they handle the situation. Now the Tom's by CB after a current visit there was extremely the best Tom's location we have ever been to. Will try out of our way from Neenah to eat on the other side by CB.
