Comfort Advisor Glenn Smith of ARS, Columbia, SC met with me yesterday (1-19-2014) to evaluate our heating/air conditioning needs and to evaluate our current system. I found him to be very prompt for our meeting. His explanation of our current system which is about 17 years old and what new system would best meet our current and future needs was very concise and clear and the proposal he presented is very much in line with expectations. The likelihood is that we will accept his proposal.
