Our 30 year old gas furnace quit working on a Thursday evening. I called Blue Flame's number the next morning and was told they could have a technician out that day between 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Jack S. showed up at 1:00 P.M. . He diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board. Got the furnace to function, and gave a quote on a new furnace. We came to a agreement, and he arranged an install date a week out. The next Friday Josh and Luke arrived as scheduled and replaced our old furnace with the new one. Everyone I dealt with at Blue Flame, office staff and technicians,was courteous, helpful, and took their time answering my questions. They called ahead to alert that the technicians were on their way. The install was quick and the work area was cleaned up. I was instructed on the use of the thermostat, and to call if any problems. I am very pleased with my choice of Blue Flame.
