We had an issue with the fan on our heat pump. Nic B. was able to come out and diagnose the issue. The fan motor had died and needed replacing. Nic B. had suggested the motor might be under warranty which I hadn't even thought about. It was under warranty which saved us some money. He had the part ordered and was out a couple days later to install it. His charges were reasonable and he was very professional and I had the feeling that I had called the right contractor for the job. I would highly recommend Nic B. and feel that I have a go to company if I ever need any more HVAC repairs!
