I called Able because the hot water from one of my showers smelled like sulfur. They sent a technician out the following morning, and he said I needed a new water heater. He replaced the water heater that same day and also identified and fixed a safety issue with the positioning of the pipes connected to my water heater. During the process, my dog got in the house and tracked muddy footprints into the house. The technician cleaned up all the mud for me in addition to replacing my water heater. I have called Able on at least three different occasions now, and I've found all their technicians to be consistently extremely courteous and helpful.
