After having very unsatisfactory experience with two other electrical companies, I contacted Beacon to do the routine maintenance on my house generator. Beacon came through for me with its prompt response to my call and competent service. Rich, the service technician, was great. He took the time to do a thorough inspection of my generator unit/system and was very pleasant to deal with. I was so pleased that I took out a two-year maintenance contract. I will definitely contact Beacon again with any generator or other electrical issues.
