My water heater went out late Sunday morning. I contacted Rescue Rooter on their website and they had a technician at my house within 90 minutes. Tyler evaluated the situation within 30 minutes. It required a new hot water heater. He ordered a new one and the next day was at out our home at 10 am and installed it. Tyler was alert to the fact the original heater had been plumbed incorrectly which could have been one of the factors in the unit failing. He put everything back together and made it even better. Tyler was extremely courteous and answered all our questions in a polite, thoughtful manner.
