The company phoned me in advance that the technician would be arriving at a certain time and he did arrive at the time stated. It was so nice to have to have such a pleasant service technician come to my house and be so informative. Satisfied with Stephen and Cooper's Heating & Air services, he performed his tasks quickly and efficiently (my air conditioning was working within 20 minutes). He also answered any questions that I had regarding my Air Conditioning System. Helpful information was provided and expediency in the way he performed his job.
