I paid hundreds to have a custom print job done. The digital image I gave them was the wrong format(dpi). Did they call and tell me? Heck no! They printed it anyway and the image printed distorted. I complained when I picked up the final product. Then they blamed me for providing the incorrectly formatted image. I didn't know. No one told me. Am I the print expert? No! That's why I hired you people and paid you hundreds of dollars. They didn't offer to reprint or discount. I got nothinng except something I couldn't use and lost hundreds due to their laziness and incompetence. Thanks a lot! I'll never be back.
