Josh was the rep that sold us the system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed and the price. Travis was the service tech that installed the system. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I feel so fortunate to be able to drink pure water without all the chemicals that the city adds to the water. The carbon filter takes out chemicals throughout the entire house. So far I'm very happy with the system
