Missed over $15k in damages, admitting that he "messed up". Because we felt bad and didn't want him to lose his business, we agreed verbally to split the costs. He came through on 1/4 of damages but has since ignored my calls. He has been a nightmare to work with!!! If I could rate this a zero I would!! Instead, just take my advise and don't use him!!!
