I spent $20K on a big job done by Lipp including the removal of 13 trees, the construction of a fire pit and pond. They did a good job, however, after I paid them I never saw them again even though many of the plants and shrubs they planted didn't last a year! Their forewoman, Diane, promised me that she would return and replace them under warranty, however, she cancelled two scheduled appointments and never returned my calls regarding the third.
