The staff literally lies to patients. They tell you they have talked to another member of your family who wants you to have a procedure done. They complete the expensive procedure and then you learn that they never talked to any other member of your family at all. They present you with the bill when you leave and your family is outraged. They never knew about the procedures they had performed. They never talked to anyone about them, just did the procedures and presented the bill.
