Joe does not know what he's doing. Way over poured the crack filler now there's mounds that cause issues plowing/shoveling and melts during the summer getting all over your car tires and shoes. I called to ask for a refund so I could hire someone else to repair the work and redo it correctly. He said he was happy to issue a refund, never seen a penny and he blocked my number. I tried working with the company I booked him through and he wouldn't return their calls either. He's just a low life scumbag screwing people over doing a horseshit job.
