I went for outpatient physical therapy for 1 month. I had a 15 minute session with a physical therapy tech (not a physical therapist) 3 times per week. Later I received a bill for over two thousand dollars, despite my excellent health insurance coverage. I was very confused by this. After speaking to the insurance company, it turns out that they billed me for an INPATIENT hospitalization, instead of outpatient physical therapy sessions. When I refused to pay for a hospitalization that I did not have, they turned me in to a collections agency. They have made no efforts to rectify this situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
