Paula was especially calming and gentle but also honest to what was going to happen, so there would be no surprises...she was great! The Dr. also was very calming even though he was delivering bad news and a lot of it, he still put my mind at ease and gave me a plan and an objective. I return 9/6 for procedures then maintenance. My daughter Leona Strouhal was right when she recommended him. Herself, husband and 2 children have gone here for years.
