In efforts to sell our home, an inspector had some (questionable - lack of code knowledge) concerns, which were quickly found to be unwarranted by Will from Peters, which we have used for years under service contract. Not only did Peters send Will quickly, thanks to Bill Prichard, but Will ended up having to repair work (took two visits to complete) seemingly caused by the inspector. Our home has been well-maintained by Peters for 12 plus years, and their quick response and willingness to always go above and beyond is incredible peace of mind.
