I could go and on incessantly about my very negative experience with Classic Designs, but I will limit it to the following:
They will not provide completed estimates. They will ignore repeated requests for completed estimates. They will lie when confronted about the lack of completed estimates. When finally forced to admit to both prior issues, they will insist you pay for the full, and completely beyond the bounds of reason, amount. They will not remediate these issues.
Best advice: Go elsewhere!
