Freeds Protection Plan and Customer Service STINKS 8/3/2016

Purchased furniture with the protection plan and filed a claim over 2 weeks ago. They have yet to mail me a check! They are a ripoff company and I will never purchase anything from Freeds. I will never refer anyone to Freeds. more
