I echo last review. If I could rate a negative zero I would. Customer service is horrifically horrible and completely unprofessional IF you ever receive a return call that is. I NEVER did. Kept calling and BY CHANCE I get forwarded only to be greated with a rough hello. You can fill in what happened with that call. The individual was incredibly nasty and unbelievably apathetic. With persistance, it took approx. 8 years to change bad underground cable line at street. (Which they had on file by their OWN CREWS for YEARS). Hence, NO functional TV reception. STILL waiting for internet fix after SEVERAL years. ONE tech, after many years FINALLY wouldnt give up, finds THEIR bad line at THEIR location. Basically had internet for FEW SHORT WEEKS and GONE! I get few weeks of internet in all the YEARS and poof its gone. Call again and greeted with unprofessional individual mentioned above. This indivdual was so downright ugly it behooves me how he has a job in a department that IS meant to service these issues and ensure that customers are receiving what they pay for and are happy. This was not my experience unfortunately. Be wary.. THEY NEED REAL COMPETITION for that wake up call of HOW public SERVICE is supposed to be handled. The ONLY good are a handfull of technicians that KNEW what they were doing came to house and TRIED. Short of that. Very disturbing in how they TREAT AND TALK AT their CUSTOMERS. So sad. Wish TWC would have someone call me who is professional and actually speaks WITH their customers to better understand and actually help to not only FIX problems but also come to some kind of fair resolution. This is incredibly unprofessional and sad how they talk at the very people that pay their salaries and keep them in business. more
