I was in a payment plan and going through a bad divorce. I set up payment arrangements with them over a 300 bill and after a couple of months the old credit card they had on file was declined. I contacted them after the weekend after finding this out to pay the current payment and continue to pay the outstanding bill and a Jennifer tells me that that is not going to be possible anymore and that the payment arrangement was only temporary. Then they put their manager on the phone that wanted to do nothing but argue with me about the debt and harass me but said he would take a payment for the full amount. This company in Tumwater is one of the most strong arm and worst companies to collect a debt. They do nothing but harass people and make it almost impossible to pay the debt even if you try.
