I bought a bathing suit today and I had my receipt and tags. But unfortunately my tags were not left on the swimsuit. I was hoping to get at least store credit for my purchase. But with a new law that I never heard the manager said she couldn't do ANYTHING for me and she said sorry and to take my purchase out of the store. I'm a young African American women traveling to visit my boyfriend and she basically told me to leave her store and that her higher ups were responsible for why I wasn't able to recurve help. I bought the swimsuit two hours prior and I never heard of the new law of my tags had been not still fastened on the swimsuit. I would at least receive store credit at least that's what is provided in other stores. It was not mentioned when I purchased my swimsuit only the normal 30 day return policy. It was also not labeled on my receipt I feel as though I was treated unfairly. more
