Hired Myers Fencing (Troy Myers) in the fall 2015 to install a Liftmaster swing gate, two brick columns with lights on top and nothing has worked properly since the installation, which was completed and paid for in October 2015. The gate literally started falling apart within four months as they left off over 20 screws and bolts, the lights on the brick columns were first installed off center and were fixed but continue to fall over and never work, I have wires everywhere and none of them are in conduit and after many calls and emails to Troy begging him to make good on his work, you get nothing. After exasperation, we had everything inspected and learned that he used unskilled, untrained and/or unlicensed contractors. Another gate company quoted almost 2K just to fix the ongoing gate issues, the state inspector shut down everything because of so many electrical violations so all of that needs to be replaced with an estimated cost of over $3,500, and the brick columns are cracked and falling in at the top and a local mason said they will probably need to be taken down and rebuilt (estimate to fix pillars is pending). Troy reviews nothing his workers do, addresses no concerns brought to his attention and you don't see or hear from him after you sign the estimate to proceed and give him your money. I do not know how he remains in business and do not know how he has an A+ rating on the BBB, unless people just give up out of frustration. It has been a beyond horrible.
