I received damaged wig and sent back in April and have not seen a credit. It was sent attn: Caroline. I have called and called and no answer and left messages. I am out $300. The one wig I kept smelled like it had been used by someone else. I am chemo and my sons wedding and my custom real hair order was not ready so I washed it and kept it. But I cant reach anyone about my damaged return or credit. Are they out of business?
