I was on a long motorcycle trip and my back tire needed replacing. I called ahead and talked to Andy who said they could do it Saturday morning. Well, I made better time than expected and arrived late Thursday afternoon. I stopped and checked in, just to see if the tire had arrived. They surprised me and said they could do the job right now! They knew I was travelling, had an opening in the service department, and squeezed me in. Great service!
