Gibson Air, as a whole, is awesome. They come twice a year to check my unit. The unit is 36 yrs old. Was told by Robert, in May, the time he came for my pre-summer test that my unit would need to be replaced as soon as the triple digits arrived. They are here and, thank my heavenly Father, it is still chugging. The only thing I had a little problem with was the price for Jaime to change my filters. I am 68 and have fallen and broken both knees/hand, and numerous other body parts and am now so afraid of falling, I will not get on a ladder. So the call was for them to replace the filters I already had on hand. Gibson charged me $50 for a 5 minute job. That kinda' stung. $25 maybe, but $50? Too much. But I was stuck. I'm trying to pamper my unit so I needed the clean filters. I'm lucky I had it at that time. Two weeks earlier, I fell into a pothole out in front of my townhouse and re-broke my hand. I had to have it x-rayed, casted, and pay $75 at the ER.
However, I would never give up my Gibson. The techs are amazing. They are polite and very knowledgeable. Jaime was a pleasure. He was so nice. The office staff is also truly awesome. The girls are great. I love Gibson. Like I said, the only complaint I have is the high cost charged for a very easy and quick task.
