Could be a 3 star park, But we need better management. I have lived here almost 3 yrs and I have seen a huge decline in way things are. Just seems they let anyone with a pulse and a few bucks move in. They are aware of the rat problem and finally decided to help the residents out with garbage cans. That was really nice. No parking on the street, no parking on the grass, no drugs in the park is NOT being enforced! People know who they are, so does the staff. We want a safe place, a friendly place and a clean place to live!! The guy that drives around with a light on his car, Not so great! Just looks good, I guess.
