We had a HORRIBLE experience with Olson's. Their customer service was rude and anything but what they say on their website: " Olson's prides itself on its customer service—we know how important it is to be taken care of and to have someone you can trust. " When taking our zero turn machine to them they tuned it up and delivered it without our knowledge and left it sitting outside of our house with the paperwork. My husband noticed some damaged and immediately called them. They came and picked up the machine. The denied any wrong doing, fixed the part and then wanted to charge us $57 to deliver the machine. After my husband expressed his frustration and that they should waive the fee for having our machine for over 2 weeks and the poor customer service we were told that they don't need customers like us and proceeded to tell us our machine will be outside their gates and they WILL NOT deliver it and we will need to pick it up. NEVER have we been treated so horrible by any place! more
