Awful place to live! Do not live here! I am warning you, if you have other options, choose one of those!
To start things off, one of the employees of the apartment complex was squatting in the apartment when we got there to move in! The place was disgusting, as well. They offered to pay for the extra day of the U-haul truck we had to rent because the apartment was not ready in time because of the squatter, but they acted like the offer didn't exist when it came time to pay.
The maintenance department was also horrible. The phone lines were very quiet, and often the receptionist could never hear our request. Maintenance would never show up on time and sometimes not at all. We had a leak in our bathroom for about 6 months, and it only got fixed about two weeks before we moved out. The place was also infected with roaches; maintenance never took care of it.
My boyfriend and I were moving from another state and it was our first apartment together - worst experience of our lives. We are so happy to be living somewhere else now.
