My experience was simply outstanding from my first phone call, and I can recommend them without hesitation. After scheduling, I received a phone call and an email from them with information on who would be doing my service, along with a photo and an estimated arrival time. Also got a phone call prior to the technician arriving. And yes, he was on time.
The people:
Brittany (customer service rep) was exceptionally helpful, and called me back to confirm dates and times, along with sending me information on who would be providing my service.
Tim (service technician) was truly outstanding - he did a great job and was very friendly and polite. He wore booties, did a fine job explaining what he was doing, and made a VERY positive impression on me about this company.
