Derick was very patience with me as I forgot about my appointment and I was at work when he arrived at my house. He had to wait 20 minutes for me to get there and under those circumstance he was very pleasant and understanding. Needless to say due to the work interruption I had to log back on to work. Derick did his work and I barely noticed he was there as he did his maintenance which allowed me to focus on work.
