When I placed my order by phone, I could barely understand the agent and it took 45 minutes to place the order. She asked me to remain on the line while she connected me to scheduling for the service. I waited 10 minutes before I finally gave up waiting. When the tech arrived to install the service 4 days later, the order was wrong. I made a complaint and was told it would be investigated and I would receive a return call. I have waited more than a week and still no return call. For those who don't know, the biggest complaint against Time Warner is their customer service. After my experience, I couldn't agree more. If I could rate this cable company with a "zero", I would. Check out ..... It's gotta be better than TMC! more
