He is a terrible agent. Doesn't answer his phone. Doesn't return calls.Just doesn't do his job. Arrogant , condescending and full of himself. Don't trust. American Family Ins has become overpriced. All Chris care about is the next fish he can get. Then he moves on to the next and forgets about his clients.
