I had the misfortune of using this company. I live in Visalia, and was referred by my appliance warranty, Home Shield. First, I had to wait 4 days for any service at all. Second, they worked on the unit and after they left it stopped working. I called back and ran into terrible service representative who actually argued with me about the way things were left. Third, I had to wait 5 more days. They replaced the entire blower and when the technician did the work, admitted that he probably broke it at the first visit. Don't use this company, at all.
