I would not recommend JT's Custom Pools for the following reasons. They do not have their own team, they send subcontractors to do all the work. The say there will be a project manager onsite, but that is a lie, a JT's representative will not oversee the work. You will have random subcontractors showing up at your home. There is very little communication, they only contact you when they need a payment. JT's will not notify you of when subcontractors are coming to do the work. They delay the schedule and are dishonest about the reasons the delays are occurring. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company.
