Roy was conscientious about his work. When, after he left, I discovered a problem, he returned immediately and stayed until he was sure the thermostat was operating correctly. He also assured me that if any other problem arose, he would return - to feel free to call.
FWIW, he also had some nice things to say about working for Scottco. :)
