Originally we hired him for our gardening needs. We needed to get tiles for our backyard. He said he could do it. We agreed on a price and finish date. He started the job by dropping off 2 workers who clearly were not tile setters and was gone for the rest of the day. Since I work from home, I was able to see the work progress. They worked very slow and took long naps. The next time he dropped off a young boy to finish the rest of the tiles. He, for sure did not have any experience with tiles. He had his girlfriend over while he was working (very unprofessional!) He completed the job 80% but got paid 98% when he disappeared. I called/texted him several time but did not hear from him. Finally he called me and we set up a time to meet, he did not show up. My girlfriend called him and set up a time to meet, he did not show up. He basically did a unsatisfactory job employing unexperienced workers without any supervision.
