i called to fix up an appointment and the lady on the other end was so arrogant and rude... she does not have the telephonic etiquettes or manners. when I asked her name to confirm to whom i am talking to she yelled at me saying 'what do you want to do with my name??? and hung up the phone. If this is the way she talks to potential clients/patients/customers what service can we expect from them. will never go there. if anybody wants to talk to her on the phone please be prepared to listen to her abuse first
