I ordered flowers and a balloon for my granddaughter, her husband and my brand new Great Grandson from an internet wholesaler. A beautiful arrangement for a little GIRL were sent, minus the balloon. When I contacted Ruby's Leesville Florist, Andy explained that they just fill whatever order they receive from the wholesaler.
Not only was the arrangement wrong, Ruby's only received half of what I was charged from the flowers!
The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!
Andy didn't have to do anything to correct the mistake since he had no control over the ordering process.
HOWEVER...Andy and his assistant Anita wanted to do something, so they are sending a "Baby Boy" arrangement to my granddaughter and her husband at NO CHARGE!
This florist deserves a FIVE STAR PLUS rating.
