I ordered a baby basket for my friends yesterday that where having a baby at the hospital in Chesapeake and pay the extra to have it delivered the same day. They were not their by the 5 like they said they would be. They called me at 6 in the morning my time and said i didn't have the right patients name right. Well they only wrote down the dad's name and not Mom's which I know for a fact i gave them both names. I gave them the name again. I waited for about another 5 hours and my friends still had not received the order so I called again and they tried to tell me that the order was delivered the night before. Even though they called me the morning after and said it wasn't. So they said they didn't have the Mom's name. So i gave it to them again. Well a few hours later they call me again and say their is no patient at the hospital by that name and gave me the Dad's name AGAIN. I explained to them that was the dad and gave them the moms name for the 4th time. They still did not deliver the order so i tried to call again. spent 3 hours in their wait line and no one answered. I have never had such terrible service in my life. And on top of it all they did not refund the charges for same day delivery. more
