Was initially charged for 5 hours of service to install a front and back bumper on my Jeep. I bought the bumpers and delivered them the day before installiation. On the day of installiation,one of the men that work the front desk claimed that since the bumpers had fog lights on them, they would need to charge me two more hours now to finish my Jeep. I went to the shop area and saw the guy that was initially working on my Jeep putting a new rim/ tire on a Tesla! I was shocked!!
He saw me standing there and stated....."I'll get back to working on your Jeep in a few minutes...I've got to get this new rim/ tire on this Tesla....." I was of course not happy because I was basically paying the hourly rate for the worker to fix the Tesla and not my Jeep!!
When the Jeep was done, I left and when arriving home realized there were screws missing on the lights in the bumper and all the lights were flopping around!!!!
DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED A OVER HIGH AMOUNT FOR THE WORST SERVICE!
