Not Impressed so far. Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday well in advance and they gave me a 4 hour window from 8am to 12pm. They tried calling me at 7:50am but was out cutting my lawn but called them back at 8:20am. The dispatch gave me confirmation that a plumber was scheduled to be at my house today. Two hours later I called again to find out the status and was told that the plumber just finished another job and will call me as soon as he is ready to head over to my house. ANOTHER Two hours later, I called again.... They told me the same story about the plumber finishing a job and apologized and will call me when he gets ready to come out. I'm still waiting another hour later. It's too late in the game to call another plumber so I'll let you know how well they did but so far...NOT Impressed with their scheduling system.
