The day of Kenneth's passing, Ballard was here to pick up my brother. They were really nice and friendly and on time. We were thinking of time, place and family and friends. Everything turned out perfect. My sister did arrangements with Ballard and they were on it. They had the patience, caring for us, and cost was reasonable. We already recommended a family friend to ballards. What we did was what Kenneth would of wanted.
