When I called today about a very simple question to find out what the legalities were. The woman that said she was working the desk cut me off immediately and said the lawyers are out so you will have to leave a voicemail. All I did was ask if I could explain the situation I had a question about because it is actually very simple to know if it is illegal or not and again she cut me off and use a tone of voice that was pure attitude. Then to add insult to injury she started talking to me very slowly as if I were mentally impaired. Very sad they have a bully working there so I will never contact them again.
