I recently bought a pontoon boat right down the street from B&B, and the previous owner raved about B&B's knowledge and support. However, they don't answer the phone during business hours...been calling for 3 days, and can't even leave a message. Makes me wonder how good they really are. I wouldn't give them any stars right now, but had to give at least 1 to get this post to go through.
