Bought a new fireplace from them and had them install it. The installers are very good, but the staff in the showroom and sales people have no idea what they are selling or have any idea of whats going on. I purchased and had it installed in Nov. and they have been back 5 times since and the unit still wont work the way it should. I would never buy anything here again.
