This was 6 years ago, but from what I've heard recently this school hasn't improved.
My in-car instructor was constantly on his cell phone. He was probably on his phone 50% of the time, just giving me an occasional direction to go. There were multiple cases where I was unsure about something but was unable to ask because he wasn't paying attention to me or my driving at all.
I took my drivers test through this school as well. My drivers test was in a completely different car than what I had been driving in (significantly longer, made parallel parking very difficult). The car used for my drivers test also had dangerously spongy brakes.
