I am an avid traveler, 3-4 times per year in the US and Europe and I have never experienced the absolute unprofessionalism I did with Jennifer and her company. 5 out of the 7 women on this trip had their airfare messed up. One leg of my airfare was booked without my permission. She requires a 500.00 deposit before she even sends you the trip rules and then refuses to give it back! Jennifer does not respond to emails or phone calls with questions and doesn't give you the full details till a few days before your trip. She booked us into a hostel basically, with foam mattresses on stick beds and wet rooms for a bathroom. This was by far the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. She also stated that a guide would be with us and that never happened. We arrived at our destination clueless!! Please, please beware before you book with this company! You will regret it!
