The technician arrived and performed the service at my rental property that was discussed, however, he told my tenant that the problem was different from what he told me. Which meant that the solution was different. So even though, what was done seemed to have worked, now they have a new complaint regarding what was told them. I would prefer that when I pay "an expert" to solve a problem, that I would be the one to get the information and the solution options, so that it would be fix right the 1st time.
